Engage

By engaging with the articles, comics and videos we can take the first step to self-help or even help someone we know support themselves. Mithra wants to break the associated myths and stigma that are the biggest barriers that prevent us from talking about issues that threaten our mental wellness like anxiety, depression, or stress. Reading can help us see things through a new perspective and can empower us to overcome the challenges that we may face in our day to day lives.
